Yes. Our admin acts as an escrow intermediary — you send payment to the admin's Bitcoin wallet, and funds are only released to the seller after your order is confirmed delivered. You are never exposed to an unknown seller's wallet directly.

Contact admin immediately through your order chat. Admin will investigate with the seller. If the seller cannot fulfill the order, your payment will be refunded in Bitcoin.

Admin collects payment from the buyer, then pays you via Bitcoin after delivery is confirmed. The payout is the order total minus our 3% platform fee.

The verified badge signals to buyers that your store has been reviewed and trusted by OTT. You can get verified through a paid verification subscription ($7.5/month) or admin may grant it manually based on your track record.

Yes. From your seller dashboard, add as many products as you want — each with photos, description, price, and category. Products appear in the marketplace immediately after publishing.

Bitcoin is global, borderless, and requires no bank account. It lets OTT serve buyers and sellers anywhere in the world without friction from banking restrictions or high payment processing fees.

After confirming your order with admin in chat, admin will share a Bitcoin wallet address and the exact amount in BTC. Send from any Bitcoin wallet, then paste your transaction hash (TX ID) into the chat to confirm payment.

Typically 10–60 minutes depending on network congestion. Admin monitors the blockchain and will confirm once the transaction has sufficient confirmations.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, admin will refund your Bitcoin payment. Please note: Bitcoin network fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
